A Pleasant Surprise
On Friday, the CS from PD called to say that she'll send our file to the building department a week earlier than previously discussed, and the actual work will then start anytime within the following two weeks. Nice!
Drop by the land after work, and guess what, there's a tap!! What a pleasant surprise :)
